I’ll admit, 2022 wasn’t the easiest year personally. I had a good motorcycle crash, and my shoulder has yet to recover. It put a damper in my learning to play the violin, that’s for sure (while giving my husband’s ears a much-needed rest, ha ha). But one bright spot has been our marketing firm, Tenato Strategy.
Tenato’s clients are some of the finest people we’ve ever worked with, and longstanding arrangements are giving us a new sense of certainty. This is really important, as marketing has never been a “quick hit” game – and longer-term clients gives us the breathing room to build success the right way.
Even moreso, having longer term client has allowed us to expand our capabilities. The team has taken their skillsets to new levels; our in-house capabilities now include new areas such as illustration, animation, photography, e-commerce website development, and even CRM consulting (helping select and source tracking software for sales teams). We’ve been able to expand on our strategy portals and research technologies as well.
The coming year is going to bring some exciting new challenges. I am now in the final edits of my book on strategic marketing, our business is going full tilt, our daughter is graduating with her engineering degree in mechantronics, and my son and his wife are expecting our first grandchild. Gary is also taking a major motorcycle trek across Canada. I know there are a lot of tough things going on in the world, but in my sphere of it, I’m feeling nothing but gratitude.
I’d love to send out warm wishes to you, your business, and your family for the coming year. If there is any way we can be of service, I would love to hear from you.
Bring it on, 2023!
