Situation

The client was seeking an overhaul to its marketing approach to allow for expansion. Along the way, they discovered a need to change their name (TRC)  to ensure it was distinct vs. other meanings of the same acronym.

Solution

Tenato conducted research and developed a growth strategy. The execution of the strategy started with rebranding, and we developed the new name by adding just a few vowels to the old one. This then facilitated creating a new logo to reflect their modern style and strength as a hardwood wholesaler. We also built an entirely new website, developed a sales process and manual, and provided sales and social media training. We continue to work on merchandising materials and are launching a newsletter.  

Results

The company is thrilled with the rebranding.  Sales are growing rapidly in 2022, and the company continues to expand across Canada. They are also adding new, innovative product lines.
