Yes, we welcome all calls and emails! We work very hard to answer our phones personally during normal business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm Mountain Time). However, due to inordinate amounts of telemarketing spam we receive, you may be asked to give a name for call screening. You can also feel free to submit an inquiry online in the contact form on this page, or email us directly.

Directions, Accessibility and Parking
We are in the IQ Office Centre inside 140 Yonge Street, which is on the Northwest corner of Yonge Street and Temperance Street. Although there is metered parking in the area, the easiest spot to park is at the nearby Eaton Centre, as it’s only a one minute walk back. Just head north on Yonge Street about two blocks, and you’ll see the parkade entrance on your left. If you arrive early, there are many nice cafe’s nearby, including Dineen Coffee, right in the main level of the building.
Accessibility:
Our Toronto office has elevators and is wheelchair accessible.
